摘　　要：目的人体蠕形螨是蠕形螨病的病原虫,人感染率较高。虫体对机体的机械性、化学性刺激和机体对刺激的反应性及伴随细菌感染等原因,可以引起相应部位的皮肤病变,通常称为蠕形螨病。蠕形螨病好发部位多见于鼻、睑缘、外耳道,面部皮肤等。本文就人体蠕形螨病的临床症状、致病机理、诊断方法、治疗及预防措施进行综述。Human demodex is a conditioned parasite with high infestation rate. Mechanical and chemical stimulation of the mites accompanying with bacterial infection induce lesions. And demodectic acne rosacea, demodectic blepharitis, demodectic pruritus in external auditory meatus and demodectic papillitis are the common demodicidosis. Clinical symptoms, pathogenesis mechanism, examination methods and measurement of treatment and prevention were reviewed in this article.
