摘　　要：目的加速控制麻疹步伐,争取尽快实现第二阶段各项指标和任务,在此基础上,适时跨入第三阶段,并最终与世界各国齐步实现消灭麻疹的目的。方法保持高免疫基础疫苗接种率,保持高免疫成功率,在常规免疫的基础上,开展麻疹强化免疫。结果控制麻疹实践和控制麻疹策略研究诸方面均已取得巨大成绩,麻疹发病率、死亡率的大幅度下降,有力地保障了人民健康,显著提高了平均寿命。Purpose： Speeds up controlling measles step , strive for on realizing second various indices of stage and missions , here bases as soon as possible, stride over person at the right moment third stages, and the purpose wiping out measles ultimately with coming true in quick march in the world every country. Method：Keeps high immune basis vaccine be inoculated rate , keeps high immune success rate, on immune basis of routine, the measles carrying out is strengthened immune. Results ：The tactics finally, controlling measles practice and controlling measles studies all aspect gets without exception already enormous achievement, incidences of measles , death rate toboggan , have ensured the people health forcefully , notable have improved an average life span.
