摘  要:目的了解辽宁省中学生的心理健康状况及其环境影响因素,为中学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法用SCL-90症状自评量表及家庭情况调查表,对辽宁省初一至高三年级学生4 593人进行调查。结果有心理问题者占26.3%,其中有严重心理问题者占5.0%。高一和高三年级学生的心理问题检出率最高。女生的抑郁和恐惧检出率显著高于男生,男生偏执检出率显著高于女生。父母离异、父亲下岗和校外补习是心理问题增加的相关因素。家庭温暖有很强的保护作用。结论辽宁省中学生心理问题随着年级升高而增加。家庭环境和校外补课会影响学生心理健康的发展。Objective To understand the status of psychological health and the environmental intlueneing factors among middle school students in Liaoning, and to provide evidence for their mental health education. Methods A total of 4 593 students were investigated with SCL - 90 and a questionnaire about their family condition. Results About 26.3% of them had psychological problems, and 5.0% of them had serious psychologieal problems. The highest positive rate of mental problems was smong the students in grade one and grade three. The positive rates of depression and phobic anxiety in girls were significantly higher than in boys, but the positive rate of paranoid was higher in boys than in girls. Divorce of parents, unemployment of father and additional study outside school were the risk factors, while family warmth was the protective factor. Conclusion Psychological problems increase with grades among middle school students. Family environment and additional study outside school affect students' development of psychological health.
