摘 要:由于电站锅炉过热器和再热器管组集箱中蒸汽的流动工况和压力损失机理比较复杂,所以对于是否需要计算集箱阻力这一项阻力一直有不同的看法.本文从水动力和基本原理出发,阐明了集箱阻力的实质,并以一台300MW机组电站锅炉中的几级过热管组为例,说明该项集箱阻力损失可以占过热器或再热器管组的10~30%,如不计算是不确当的.将使过热器或再热器系统的阻力计算结果偏小。Since the steam flow and pressure loss in headers of superheater and reheater tube banks is rather complicated,opinions differ on whether flow resistance of headers needs to be calculated.Starting from hydrodynamic principles, the authors elucidate the essence of header resistance, pointing out that the relevant loss may make up 10~30% the tube bank resistance in superheaters as well as reheater as in the example of a 300 MW power plant boiler.lt is therefore considered inappropriate to neglect this loss as it would cause the calculated flow resistance of superheaters and reheaters to fall short.
