摘　　要：通过分析投入产出表中造纸及纸制品业情况,揭示其产业关联与波及效应特点。造纸业应是优先发展的产业,可为相关方面(政策制定部门、经营管理人员以及投资者)深化对造纸及纸制品业特点及其在国民经济中地位的认识、把握其发展规律与趋势提供一定参考。Through an analysis of the conditions of papermaking and paper products industry in the input-output production table, the characteristics of their industrial linkage and spread effect are revealed, and the conclusion can be drawn that papermaking industry should be given priority in development and the analysis can be of some help for reference for the related parts （ policy-making divisions, managerial personell and investors） to deepen the awareness of the characteristics of papermaking industry and their position in the national economy and to grasp their law and trend of development.
