摘　　要：随着脐带血干细胞移植日益增多,脐血库中脐带血的保存质量已成为移植成功与否的一个重要环节。运用过程管理的方法,完善和改进脐带血库的质量管理体系,能够使脐带血库的整个过程处于受控状态,提高脐带血制备、储存质量,为脐带血干细胞临床移植的成功提供了保障。As the increasing of the cord blood stem cell transplantation,the quality of the cord blood in the CBB （cord blood bank） has become an important part of the success in transplantation. The improvement of the CBB quality managent system by using process managment will keep the whole process of the CBB under control, and enhance the prearation and storage quality of the cord blood and fmally sageguard the success of the umbihcal cord blood transplantation.
