摘　　要：核因子-κB是一种具有多项转录调节作用的蛋白质,通过调节免疫和炎症相关因子及炎症递质的表达,在炎症和免疫反应中起枢纽作用,此外在细胞增殖和凋亡相关基因的调控中也起关键作用。多种皮肤病,如银屑病、结缔组织病、特应性皮炎、皮肤肿瘤等与核因子-κB途径的失调有关,本文就核因子-κB的组成、功能及在皮肤病发病机制中的研究进展作一综述。Nuclear Factor-κB is a kind of protein which have many transcription regulation function. It plays a hinge role in inflammation and immunnreaction by regulating correlation factor of immunity and inflammation. Otherwise it plays a key role in gene regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. Many dermatosis are concerned with NF-κB path disturbance, such as psoriasis, connective tissue disease, atopic dermatitis, cutaneous cus and so on. This article reviews NF-κB about its construction, function and its progress in the mechanism of Dermatosis.
