摘　　要：维甲酸类药物目前在银屑病治疗中广泛应用,疗效较为满意但机制未明。本文综述了维甲酸类化合物及其受体在正常表皮分化中的作用,阐述了其与银屑病发病的一定相关性,并指出详细机制待进一步研究。Retinoids has been used widely in the therapy of psoriasis,which achieved satisfactory effect with unclear mechanism. This article reviews retinoids and their receptors about their effect in normal cuticle differentiation, explains its correlation with psoriasis in some extent and indicates that its detailed mechenism needs further studying.
