摘　　要：三七总皂苷是中药三七的主要成分,具有扩张血管、降低心肌耗氧量、抑制血小板凝集、延长凝血时间、降血脂、清除自由基、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。目前主要应用集中在心脑血管系统疾病和中枢神经系统疾病。近年来随着对其研究的不断深入,又发现了许多新的药理作用和临床用途。Total saponins of panax notoginseseng is the main component of panax notoginseseng. Its pharmacological actions lie in expanding blood vessel, reducing oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle, inhibiting blood platelet agglutination, elongating coagulation time, reducing blood lipid, removing free radicals, antinflammation and anti-oxygenation. At present, it is mainly used in the disease therapy of cardio-cerebral vascular system and central nervous system. Recently, with its further study, many more pharmacological actions and clinical uses are demonstrated.
