摘  要:对口蹄疫O型OXH0312病毒株进行了牛体感染、乳鼠适应传代和细胞适应传代等生物学特性的研究,并对制备的细胞毒配制的疫苗进行了免疫原性测定。结果显示,该毒株从细胞毒13代(BF13)起,病变时间趋于稳定,14代至17代是一个相对平台期,病变时间稳定在11 h之内;用乳鼠测定病毒毒价稳定在107.68/0.2 mL左右,传到21代时,效价开始下降。用15代、16代和17代病毒液制备3批疫苗进行PD50的测定,3批成品苗的PD50分别为3.80、4.20、3.00。说明该毒株具有比较稳定的生物学特性和良好的免疫原性,可以做为生产用后备种毒。The biological characteristics of Foot and Mouth disease virus type O OXH0312 was explored through bovine infecting, after mice seed-virus and adapting to BHK21 cell, the vaccine of cell virus was studied in immunogenicity. The results showed that such suitable passages of productive seed-virus as BF13, BF14, BF15, BF16, BF17 were selected due to stable harvest time within 11 h, and mice titration to 10^7.68/0.2 mL. Then using three virus liquid of ABF15, BBF16, CBF17 as antigen of inactivated vaccine FMD type O were produced accordingly, studying the process of inactivation , which then past examination. It explained that the virus had stabler biological characteristics and well immunogenicity. It may be used as seed-virus in reserve of producing.
