鸡源铜绿假单胞菌的分离、鉴定及其杀灭试验

摘　　要：从外观呈黄绿色的鸡肉中分离到1株细菌,经过形态学观察、ATB细菌鉴定仪鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌。用分离出的细菌人工感染小白鼠,以每只2.4×107个菌的剂量皮下注射,48 h内小白鼠全部死亡(10/10);0.2 mL培养物原液肌肉注射2只豚鼠,1只死亡。试验比较了不同温度和2种常规商品化消毒剂不同稀释浓度对铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果,结果表明该株铜绿假单胞菌经100℃作用10 m in或经0.05%的新洁尔灭溶液作用5 m in,即可100%被杀灭,而龙安84消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌效果不确实。A strain of bacteria was isolated from the decayed chicken and identified to be Pseudomonas aeruginosa （Pa） by the morphological analysis and physiological and biochemical characteristics with the ATB system. Artificial infection experiment was conducted to the BABL/c mice and guinea pigs, and the result indicated that within 48 hours after subcutaneous inoculation , 100% （10/10） BABL/c mice died with the injected dosage of 2.4 × 10^7 （ bacteria number/animal）, and so does 1 of 2 guinea pig after intramuscular injection with 0.2 mL raw Pa culture fluid. And the germicidal efficacy of different temperature and different dilute level of two kinds of commercial disinfectant to the isolated strain was evaluated,and the results showed that 100% of Pa could be inactivated by 100℃ for 10 minutes or 0.05% （m/v） Benzalkonium Bromide solution for 5 minutes, but the sterilization effect of 84- aerosol （Long-an brand） on Pa was uncertain.
