基因组信息在医院信息系统中表达方式的探讨

摘　　要：临床基因组学的发展,加速了临床信息和基因组信息的整合,也使医院信息系统表达基因组信息成为一种必要.本文提出了一种在现有医院信息系统基础上快速引入基因组信息表达同时实现网络交换共享的方法,即通过字段映射以现有数据库形式存储基因组信息,在网络传输中采取XML格式,同时遵循HL7、BSML、LONIC等标准.这为未来医院信息系统实现基因组信息表达做出了探索.The development of clinical genomics integrates the information of clinical and genomics, therefore it is necessary to express the information of genomics in hospital information system. Considering the biomedical information standard such as HL7, BSML, and LONIC, we give a method that how to import the information of genomics into current hospital information system in current database after field mapping and using XML format in the network transmit. It is an exploration to express information of genomics in future.
