摘　　要：可靠性测试是软件可靠性工程中的一项重要工作内容。为了更好地支持可靠性测试数据的自动生成,提出了一套形式化建模方法,通过系统视图、使用类视图、剖面视图和操作描述视图,实现对被测系统的分析、可靠性测试输入建模。根据这些形式化描述信息,计算机可以自动抽取出适用于软件可靠性测试的测试数据。Software reliability testing is one of the important tasks in software reliability engineering. To generate reliability test data automatically, a formal modeling method is presented. Four kinds of views are designed to model RTES testing environments, to encapsulate input variables, to describe usage profile and to describe the operations separately, Based on the formalization method, the software reliability test data can be generated automatically.
