“鼠靶”生化灭鼠剂现场灭效观察

摘　　要：目的了解“鼠靶”生化灭鼠剂现场灭鼠效果。方法按照生产厂家提供的使用方法,将“鼠靶”生化灭鼠剂按“三片”(汉口、汉阳、武昌),指定三个PCO公司,在同一个时间段,按统一的方法,选择二个酒店和一个社区进行了室内、外灭鼠率、盗食情况和适口性的观察。结果测得其平均灭鼠率为53.94%,室内与室外现场灭鼠效果经统计学分析比较无差异(P>0.05);平均盗食率为48.36%,室内与室外饵料盗食情况经统计学分析比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);摄食系数为室内良好(0.29),室外(0.45)中等。结论“鼠靶”生化灭鼠剂经现场测试有一定的灭鼠效果,适口性较好,且盗食情况室外好于室内,从安全环保角度考虑值得进一步研究和推广使用。Objective To understand the killing effect of the ＂Rodent target＂, a biochemical rodenticide. Methods According to the manufacturer, ＂Rodent target＂ was tested in three parts in Wuhan （ Han Kou, Han Yang, and Wu Chang ）, and performed by three PCO corporations, in the same time periods and with the unified method. Two hotels and a community were selected to observe the deratization rate, consumption situation and palatability, both indoors and outdoors. Results The average deratization rate was 53.94%. Statistics analysis showed that there was no significant difference of the killing effect between indoors and outdoors （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The average consumption rate was 48.36%. Statistics analysis showed that there was significant difference of the consumption sites between indoors and outdoors （P 〈 0. 01）. The eating index showed： indoors good, outdoors medium. Conclusion The field trial showed that ＂Rodent target＂ has definite killing effect. The palatability was good, outdoors better than indoors. From the perspective of the safety and environmental protection, it is worth doing further study and popularization.
