摘　　要：目的 了解湖北省公众结核病防治知识信念行为现状，为今后进一步加强结核病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法 采取多阶段分层系统随机抽样方法，对湖北省9个县（市）10000余名年龄在12～65岁之间的常住居民，进行结核病防治知识问卷调查。结果 结核病防治基本知识、特定知识完全知晓率为88．1％和39．1％；少年和老年人结核病防治知识知晓情况不容乐观，尤以中学生最为匮乏；医务人员完全知晓率最高，其次是教师和专业技术人员，而学生最低；文化程度的差异、信念行为习惯的不同，获取结核病防治知识的途径也不同；互联网传播结核病知识的作用已超过传统意义上的录像带等。结论 今后结核病健康教育的重点人群是少年和老年人，重点内容是结核病防治特定知识，在中学乃至小学开设结核病课堂教育已十分必要；利用互联网开展结核病健康教育的作用日益突出。ObJective The objective of this project is to find out the status of public knowledge and belief in prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Hubei province, so as to further promote health education of tuberculosis. Methods A random sampling method in multistage was developed. Around 10000 permanent residents were visited, 12 to 65 years old in 9 counties. Questionnaire was used to understand the knowledge of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Results The awareness rates of basic and specific knowledge on prevention and treatment of TB were 88.1% and 39.1% respectively. The awareness on TB in teenagers and elderly was not optimistic, particularly in high school students. The awareness on TB in medical doctors was the highest, in turn, teachers, professionals, and students. The way of getting knowledge on prevention and treatment of TB depended on educational background, belief and behavior. Internet played a more important role in spreading knowledge than the traditional video tape. Conclusion Emphasis of health education should be put on teenagers and elderly. The most important content should be about the specific knowledge on prevention and treatment of TB. It was verified to be necessary to set up special course of knowledge of TB in elementary and high schools. The application of intemet to popularize relevant knowledge will become increasingly important.
