摘 要:土壤水分和作物长势监测是农情监测系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分。土壤水分含量直接影响着作物生长,作物长势的好坏与作物产量有着密不可分的关系。该文从应用角度出发,通过分析自然环境及作物布局等区域特征,进行监测样点布设,明确了监测内容及评价指标,并构建网络信息化平台,建立大尺度的地面土壤水分及作物长势监测系统,实现数据网络化管理,同时结合遥感信息进行综合应用,及时为政府提供决策支持。Soil moisture and erop growth are important parts of eharaeterization of agrieulture information. Soil moisture direetly influenees the erops growth, and erops growth is elosely eoncerned with erop yields. From the view of applieation, the monitoring sample points were set up, the monitoring eontent and evaluation indiees were established and the network information platform was eonstrueted through areal eharaeterization of natural environment and erop distribution. Also the ground monitoring system of soil moisture and erop growth in large seale was construeted which realized administration of data networks. Combined with remote sensing information, the applieation of ground monitoring system ean supply the deeision-maleing support for government.
