摘 要:研究了铝基体上沉积的二十酸、二烷基二硫代磷酸及由其修饰的WS2纳米微粒LB膜的摩擦学性能,并且利用红外显微镜分析了LB膜在摩擦过程中的结构变化.结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,几种LB膜的摩擦系数都远比铝的0.70~0.76低,耐磨性能以二烷基二硫代磷酸修饰的WS2纳米微粒LB膜的最好,几乎比二十酸LB膜的高20倍,这是由于WS2纳米微粒起着支承负荷作用的缘故;二烷基二硫代磷酸锌及由其修饰的WS2纳米微粒LB膜在摩擦过程中发生了向偶件表面的材料转移。The tribological properties of eicosanoic acid LB film,dialkyldithiophosphoric acid(DDP)and DDP capped WS 2 nanoparticle(WS 2 DDP)LB films on aluminium substrate were studied.The structural changes during rubbing process have been investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) microspectroscopy.The results show that the LB films can obviously lower the friction coefficient of aluminium substrate(0.70~0.76)under the given experiment condition,and the wear resistance of WS 2 DDP LB film is best,it′s wear life is increased by a factor of 20 times than that of the eicosanoic acid LB film, because of the load carrying capacity of WS 2 nanoparticles.The DDP and WS 2 DDP LB films both are transferred to the countpart surface during frictional process,and tribochemical reactions or changes have taken place for the films by rubbing effects.
