摘　　要：目的通过对求询者咨询过程的分析,了解求询者迫切需要解决的问题,为今后的自愿咨询检测工作的方法和内容提供借鉴。方法按照艾滋病自愿咨询检测的要求设立独立的咨询室,接受求询者的咨询检测。结果截至2005年12月31日到苏州市疾控中心艾滋病咨询室进行咨询检测的共有292人,检出2例艾滋病感染者。所有求询者均有程度不等的心理障碍。结论求询者在咨询过程中,心理咨询的内容和艾滋病防治的内容同样重要,咨询者应有一定的心理学基础。Objective The present study was conducted to get the knowledge of urgent problems of inquirers and provide reference for the methods and contents of voluntary consulting and testing of AIDS in the future after the counseling procedure of inquirers was analyzed. Methods Separate consultation room was set up to accept the consulting and testing of inquirers according to the requirement of voluntary consulting and testing of AIDS. Results By the end of December 31st, 2005, 292 persons had HIV consulted and tested in AIDS Consultation Room of Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Suzhou City and 2 patients with AIDS were checked out. All inquirers all had psychological disorders more or less. Conclusion During consultation, the content of psychological consultation is as important as that of prevention and treatment of AIDS for inquirers. The consultant should have some basic knowledge of psychology.
