盐城市207名暗娼STD/AIDS检测及安全套使用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解盐城市暗娼人群性传播疾病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)感染及安全套使用情况,为干预和控制性病、艾滋病的蔓延提供依据。方法于2005年1￣12月,对本市区207名被抓获的在美容美发店、宾馆、浴城等服务场所从事卖淫活动的暗娼进行体检和STD/AIDS检测及安全套使用情况调查。结果207名暗娼中,STD检出率为45.41%,未检出HIV阳性者;检出病种以非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)居首位,占阳性病例数的52.13%;207名暗娼以未婚低龄为主,文化程度低。结论暗娼是STD患病率极高的人群且安全套使用率低,在性乱人群中开展性病艾滋病基本预防知识的宣传教育,推广安全套的使用,对控制STD/AIDS的传播蔓延有十分重要的意义。Objective This research was done to gain general knowledge of STD/AIDS infections and condom using conditions among Yancheng city＇s unlicensed prostitutes to provide information for further intervention and control of STD/AIDS. Methods 207 arrested prostitutes that worked in service institutes such as barber＇s shops, hotels and bath cities received medical examination and STD/ AIDS detection, as well as surveying their condom using conditions. Results STD positive rate was 45.41% among the 207 prostitutes and none were HIV positive. Non-gonococcal urethritis （NGU） was the major detected disease, amounting for 52.13% in the STD positive patients. The prostitutes were mainly unmarried and at early age with low educated level. Conclusion Prostitutes are at high risk of STD and their condom utilizing rates are low. To carry out basic AIDS preventive education and condom utilization in sexually confusing people will play significant role in STD/AIDS control.
