摘  要:以山东莱西高层电荷型膨润土为原料,研究不同改性剂对制备有机膨润土性能的影响,并将有机膨润土按不同用量添加到丙烯酸外墙漆中,研究有机土对漆样粘度和抗沉性的影响,并对反应机理进行了简单讨论。This article focus on the organic bentonite of Shandong province. It tells the main points of making organic bentonite, such as the magnitude of the organic agents, the reaction time and temperature. It found that the appropriate reaction temperature is 80℃ and the appropriate reaction time is 2h, the magnitude of the organic agents is 1.1 CEC. Put the organic bentonite made in the above reaction conditions into crylic acid prime using outside, it found that organic bentonite could influence the viscosity and the resistance of sinking of the prime. According to the experimental results, the author found that 1631 is a better organic agent in this condition.
