福州市的生活垃圾焚烧处理状况分析

摘　　要：根据福州市近年垃圾产量与成分,分析福州市生活垃圾焚烧可能出现的问题,提出应首先进行分类才能保证生活垃圾焚烧健康、稳定进行,建议采用分步走的方案。为了开展垃圾分类要教育、发动学生,媒体、各种环保组织和社区进行宣传发动和组织,政府建立相应的法规、政策以及采取相应的措施,实施垃圾分类和综合利用才能确保垃圾焚烧良性发展。According to municipal solid waste （MSW） output and component late years, the problems of MSW incineration in Fuzhou were analyzed. For healthful and stable incineration MSW should be first classified, and the sub steps suggestion on MSW classification collection were put forward. It is necessary to educate and arouse students for the classification of MSW. The medium, various environmental protection organizations and the community are also very important to propagandizing classification and organizing people to do it. The government should build corresponding law and regulation, adopt corresponding measure. The classification collection and reutilization of MSW can guarantee incinerating MSW beneficially in Fuzhou.
