头孢他定联合盐酸溴己新注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢他定联合盐酸溴己新注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法91例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组:治疗组46例和对照组45例。两组患儿均采用头孢他定治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸溴己新注射液治疗。结果治疗组咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间、需人工吸痰次数明显优于对照组(t=-13.541,-12.978,-10.063,-15.043,P均<0.001)。结论头孢他定联合盐酸溴己新注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切,能及时有效地控制临床症状,缩短病程,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Ceftazidime combined with Bromhexine Hyd.rochloride in injection on children＇s pneumonia. Methods Ninety-one pediatric patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups： treat group（n=46） was treated with Ceftazidime and Bromhexine Hydrochloride in injection; control group（n=45） was given only Ceftazidime. Results The effect of the treated group was obviously superior to that of the control group. There were significant statistic differences in the fading time of coughing , the fading time of crackles and rale, the days of hospitalization , the times of sputum suction（t=- 13. 541, -12. 978,-10. 063, - 15. 043,P〈0. 001 respectively）： Conclusion The effect of Ceftazidime combined with Bromhexine Hydrochloride in injection on children＇s pneumonia is positive that can control the clinical symptoms effectively , shorten the course of disease,which would be worth for clinical applying.
