阿托伐他汀对高脂蛋白血症患者血小板活性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对高脂蛋白血症患者血小板活性CD63、CD62P表达和动脉粥样硬化的影响及机制。方法测定60例高脂蛋白血症在常规治疗基础上,服用阿托伐他汀20mg,治疗12周前后血小板活性CD63、CD62P水平的变化。结果60例患者经阿托伐他汀治疗12周后血小板CD63、CD62P测定值显著低于治疗前水平(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀通过抗血小板活化、抗炎等机制对防治动脉粥样硬化及稳定斑块起着重要的作用。Objective To observe the influence of atorvastatin on platelet CD63 ,CD62p levels in patients with high lipoproteins. Methods Sixty subjects with high lipoproteins were given atorvastatin 20 mg qd for 12 weeks. The serum levels of CD63 ,CD62p were detected before and at 12 weeks after treatment. Results After 12 weeks administration of atorvastatin,the levels of CD63, CD62p were all reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin could decrease inflammatory reaction and antiplated activation in patients with high lipoproteins, which may improve atherosclerosis and stable the plaque.
