摘　　要：保证釉块的正确组成,是提高搪玻璃制品的重要手段之一。由于釉块熔制温度较高,用直火焰池炉熔别会引起易挥发的元素如硼、氟等大量挥发,破坏了釉块的组成。降低了产品的质量、并增大了成本,污染了环境。用全电熔炉熔制税块,不仅会克服上述缺陷,同时会极大的提高热效率(到70％一80q0)。因此,在有条件之处,尽可采用。It is one of main measures of improving the quality of glass-lined products to ensure proper composition of frit. For high melting temperature of frit,the volatilizable elements of . boron and fluorine are heavy volatilized by up-draft tank furnace.This will damage composition of frit, reduce the quality of products, increase production costs and pollute environment. Using all-electric melting furnace can not only overcome the above shortcomings, but also can increase its heat efficiency (up to 70%-80%). So all-electric melting furnace is recommended here.
