摘　　要：低温脑保护技术的研究始于20世纪40年代,现已证实28℃-35℃亚低温具有确切的神经保护作用;深低温的脑保护作用也在动物实验阶段取得突破性进展.参阅最新的国内外相关文献作一综述.The research about the hypothermia brain protection began in 1940 s. It has been confirmed that mild hypothermia has accurate nerve protective effect and breakthroughs have been achieved in the stage of animal test about the protection function of deep hypothermia. The article reviews the recent progresses about hypothermia in basic and clinic research.
