摘　　要：‘早炭梅8801号’是从‘荸荠种’中选出的杨梅新品种。该品种6月10日果实开始成熟，比荸荠种提早10～15d，果实比荸荠种早熟株系大17．86％，树冠覆盖面积产量3．5kg／m^2，可在生态环境较恶劣的低丘红壤区域作为多功能品种栽培。果实鲜食加工兼用，适应性强，高产稳产。Zaotanmei 8801, a new cultivar, was selected from the bayberry （Myrica rubra Bieb） cultivar Biqi, Its fruits begin to mature on June 10th, 10 - 15 days ahead of Biqi cultivar, and 17.86% bigger than the early ripening strains. Its production is 3.5 kg/m^2 within the crown diameter. As a muhifunctions cuhivar, Zaotanmei 8801 can be planted formidable eco-environment, such as red earth and low-hill strips. The fruits of Zaotanmei 8801 can be used for fresh consumption and processing, and have a high and stable yields.
