摘　　要：这座新开发项目坐落于一个拐角地带，并且精确地建造在原建筑的基础之上，它是住宅建筑和展馆的结合体。这种两面性从立面和建筑形式中都能反映出来。一方面，它能让人想起现代版的别墅；另一方面，北面的轻质屋顶构造又具有工业建筑的特征。这座建筑就像是一件矗立在白色混凝土底座上的黑色雕塑品，它完美的施工质量令人印象深刻。在所有表面采用的、对外部锌覆层的精巧处理显而易见。不仅如此，每个表面均有其自己独特的特性。可以从巨大的窗户洞口区分出每个立面，因为这些洞口穿透黑色金属覆层的形式各不相同。在外层后面是加筋木框架结构。Situated on a corner site and erected precisely on the foundations of the previous building,the present development is a conbination of housing structure and exhibition pavilion.This ambivalence is reflected in the facade and the form.On the one hand ,the building is reminisscent of a modern villa;on the other hand,the northlight roof construction has the character of industrial architecture.The builidng stands like a black sculpture on a white concrete plinth and is impressive for the perfect quality of its execution.
