摘　　要：JHX5170TCY型采油车采用斯太尔汽车底盘设计。针对各油田对采油车操纵性能的要求,选用了价格合理,性能优良的变速箱和取力器,对机械传动及换挡控制进行了改进。采油作业时的换挡和变速在操作室内能实现,提高了采油作业的效率;解决了由于取力器故障而造成汽车不能行走的问题。通过气路转换,使采油车在作业时底盘行走部分锁定,保证了采油作业的正常进行;行走时,作业部分被断开,保证了行车安全。刹车采用了气刹车和手刹车两个独立的刹车系统,可分别独立刹住滚筒。The Oil Production Truck with Steyl Chassis is well accepted in oil field. Aiming at operation requirements of the truck, reasonable price and good performance of transmission complete with PTO made by professional manufacturer are used and mechanical drive and gear shift control are improved. Gear shifting during the operation of oil production can be fulfilled in operation cab so as to boost efficient of oil production and solve the problem of truck being unable to travel caused by failure of the PTO. Through changeover of air circuit, the traveling part of chassis can be locked when the truck functions so as to ensure the normal operation of oil production; while traveling, the operation part will be disconnected to ensure safely travel. Two independent brake systems of air brake and manual brake are designed so that drum can be stopped separately. Air valve with pressure regulating function is used for adjusting braking force.
