摘　　要：介绍了采用双闭路循环工艺治理合成盐酸工序中的“三废”情况。该工艺不仅做到废酸、废水零排放和废气的达标排放,还提高了装置约50%生产能力和安全生产系数,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,实现了盐酸清洁生产的目的。The treatment of ＂three wastes＂ in the production of synthetic hydrochloric acid by a double closed circuit circulation process was introduced. After adopting the double closed circuit circulation process,not only did the discharge of waste acids and waste water reduce to zero,the discharge of waste gas meet the discharge standard,but also the production capacity increased by 50% ,the production safety factor was increased. So obvious economic effects and social effects were achieved,and the aim of clean production was realized.
