板蓝根配方颗粒成型工艺的初探

摘　　要：目的考察板蓝根配方颗粒成型工艺的影响因素:辅料用量、空气相对湿度(RCH)、工艺要求温度。方法L9(34)正交实验法。结果选择两倍辅料用量、空气相对湿度40%、工艺要求温度20℃为最佳的制粒工艺条件。结论板蓝根水提取的浸膏剂可用该工艺制成颗粒。Aim To investigate factors affecting shaping techniques of indigowoad root＇s prescription granule：dosage of pharmaceutical necessities, humidity of air and requested temperature by techniques. Method L9 （3^4） orthogonal design was used. Results Twice dosage of pharmaceutical necessities, relative humidity of air of 40% and requested temperature of 20℃are the best technoc condition. Condusion The extracts from indigowoad root＇ s water solvent can be prepared into granules by the method.
