摘　　要：目的对临床科室使用中的消毒剂进行染菌量的监测。方法用封闭式薄膜计数培养器反注培养基法对临床使用中的消毒剂染菌量及致病菌进行监测。结果临床科室现场抽取使用中消毒剂染菌量均符合规定。结论封闭式薄膜计数培养器反注培养基法用于临床使用中的消毒剂染菌量监测,操作简便,实验结果准确可靠,在实际工作中是可行的。Aim To monitor the amount of bacterium contamination in the used disinfectant of the clinic department. Methods The amount of bacterium contamination and pathogenic bacteria of the used disinfectant was monitored reverse medium method with closed filter-counter-culture dish. Results The amount of bacterium contamination of disinfectant which were taken out in-site met the requirements of the standards. Conclusions The method is feasible, accurate and easy to operate.
