摘　　要：给出耗散电感耦合电路的量子化,在此基础上研究电荷及电流在能量本征态下的高阶量子涨落。In this paper, the quantization of dissipative mesoscopic circuit with coupled inducotors is given and higher - order puantum fluctuation of the charge and curret are obtained.
