摘　　要：内皮细胞功能障碍是近年来的热门研究课题，从基础到临床都受到了广泛的关注。高血压是发病率最高的心血管疾病，其发病环节与内皮细胞功能密切相关，两者均是心脑血管事件链中的重要环节。文中探讨了内皮功能及其与高血压的内在联系。Objective In-skin cell function obstacle is a popular research topic in recent years, all aring subjected to an extensive concern from foundation to the clinics, which has attracted a wide concern from the theoretical research to the clinic practice . The high blood pressure is the kind of cardiovascular disease with the highest occurrence , and its outbreak link with in-skin cell function relation closely, both of which are important causes of cerebral occurrences .This text inquiries explorations about the inner connection between the skin function and it and the high blood pressure.
