摘　　要：本文在分析了Oracle 10g拓扑数据模型数据特点和拓扑编辑包优点及缺点的基础上,针对使用SQL语句上载数据,特别是上载复杂的拓扑关系信息数据需要人为处理而导致低效且容易出错的缺点,提出了基于矢量图基础上的模型自动建立方法,实现了模型数据的自动上载及模型的一次性建立,具有高效、快速和准确的特点。方法具有通用性,可在多种GIS软件平台下开发实现。After the analysis of character of Oracle 10g topology data model and the advantage and disadvantage of topology editing package,this paper puts forward the auto-creating method of the model based on vector graphics.According to this method,the disad-vantage on inefficiency and easy to make a mistake by hand in loading data,especially in loading complex information data of topology relation by using SQL has been solved.This method can make the data auto-loading and can implement the model one-off foundation.It has efficient,quick and exact character.Because this method has universality,it can be implemented at software platforms of GIS.
