摘　　要：深入讨论了ArcGIS和Surfer两种软件创建的GRID表面模型文件的数据格式,并详细介绍了两种格网文件的转换思路与转换过程,最后采用ArcGIS提供的ArcObjects组件开发了通用的两种格网文件相互转换程序模块,使用户在实际的研究中能够充分利用这两种软件的优点。测试结果表明,新方法较手工修改两种格网文件的头文件完成文件转换的方法更加简单、高效。This paper thoroughly discusses two data formats of GRID surface model documents created by ArcGIS and Surfer software,and introduces the conversion methods and conversion processes between them in detail.Finally,with the ArcObjects components provided by ArcGIS,the all-purpose program modules are developed,which implement the mutual conversion function between the two GRID documents and let users make use of the excellence of ArcGIS and Surfer fully in practical scientific researches.Testing result indicates that the new method is simpler and more efficient than the manual method to finish documents conversion by amending two documents'head parts.
