摘　　要：自动生产线是一个集机械、电气、流体传动和控制工程等学科和技术为一体的综合系统,是工科院校学生实训的理想内容之一。为此,西南交通大学新型驱动中心设计了一套小型模拟自动生产线,主要模拟了生产线中上下料、输送和机械加工等过程。该小型生产线采用了液压系统,以PLC取代传统的继电器,实现顺序和逻辑控制,具有布局灵活、可操作性强、安全稳定等优点。Automatic production line is a set of system integrated machinery, electric, fluid drive, control engineering and so on. It is one of the ideal exercitation for the students on science and engineering. For the purpose of the exercitation, NDTC designed a small imitated automatic production line, imitated the process from baiting of the workpiece, transporting to mechanical machining. The small imitated automatic production line is applied hydraulic system, accomplished order and logic control by PLC instead of traditional relay .So it is flexible, better maneuverability, security and stability.
