摘　　要：大学生的逆反心理是当前高校思想政治工作收效不大的主要原因。本文从克服大学生逆反心理的角度入手,对加强高校思想政治工作提出了改进的措施。Antagonist psychology of the undergraduates is the main cause that current ideological and political work of colleges and universities takes little effect. The article tells us how to improve the ideological and political work of colleges and universities from the angle of having overcome antagonist pochology of the undergraduates.
