摘　　要：根据干、湿法腈纶工艺及环保对腈纶油剂性能的要求,进行了油剂单体组分的筛选.并研究了腈纶油剂的润湿、耐热、摩擦、抗静电、生物降解性等特性,并进行了工业化试验.结果证明:所研制出的干、湿法通用的腈纶油剂使用性能好于国内外油剂产品.具有广阔的工业化前景.Based on the requirements of dry-spun and wet-spun acrylic fiber technology and environmental protection on spinning finishes, the composition selection of spinning finishes is carried on. An industrial experiment about the properties of the spinning finishes, such as moisture, heat resistance, antistatic ability, biological degradation and so on, has been finished. The results show that the spinning finishes, which can be used for both dry-spun and wet-spun acrylic fiber, have the better properties compared with other spinning finishes. It has broad industrialization prospects.
