摘　　要：文化的现代转型是社会现代化的基础,河北文化追求的现代性是体现人与自然和谐、社会公平公正的现代性,文化主体对河北传统文化的自觉认知是文化现代建构的基础,博采众长、开拓创新是行河北文化的现代建构的必要条件。Culture modernization is the basis of social modernization. Hebei culture pursuing modernization shows the harmony of nature and human being, and the modernity of social equality and justice. The conscious recognition of Hebei traditional culture by the citizens is the foundation of the modem culture construction, and taking reference from the others＇ merits the necessary condition.
