摘　　要：进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,要在鲜明体现时代性、准确把握规律性、大力增强实效性三个方面狠下功夫,增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性、时效性和吸引力、感染力;要坚持教书与育人相结合;坚持教育与自我教育相结合;坚持政治理论教育与社会实践相结合;坚持解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合;坚持教育与管理相结合;坚持继承优良传统与改进创新相结合。Strenthening and improving college students＇ thoughts and politics education should focus on three points： embodiment of the times, mastery of the principles, and improving actual effect. At the same time, improving the contraposition, actual effect, attraction, and infectivity should stick to the combination be- tween teaching and cultivating, between teaching and self-teaching, between politics and thoughts education and practical education, between solving the problems of thought and practice, between teaching and management, and between inheriting choiced tradition and improving and reform.
