摘　　要：“社区管理信息平台”是沟通政府、企业、市民三者之间的信息化平台,是进行政府和社会资源优化整合,辅助政府职能转变的信息化手段。社区管理信息平台的建设大幅度提高了政府的服务职能和管理职能,为构建和谐社区创造了条件。The platform of management information in community is a informational platform which link up the government, enterprise and citizen. It is also a informational method that integrating the govemment and the resource of society optimistically and assisting the change of the government＇s function. The construction of the platform of management in community impmbes sharply the government＇s function of service and management,and produces condition for the harmonious community.
