摘 要:利用高能量钕玻璃激光器(-10J),在0.8MPa的高压Ar气环境下激发诱导土壤等离子体,通过等离子体原子发射光谱法定量分析了国家标准土壤样品中元素Fe和Ti的含量。实验结果表明,在无光谱干扰的条件下,元素含量与光谱线强度之间有较好的线性关系;元素Fe和Ti的分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为6.164%和16.095%,相对误差分别低于8.349%和22.286%。In this experiment, the soil plasma has been generated using a high-energy neodymium glass laser in Ar atmosphere at high pressure of 0.8MPa, The content of Fe and Ti elements in the national standard soil samples were measured by plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. The results showed that the content of the element and its line intensity has a better linear relationship under the condition without another spectrums disturbance. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of the elements Fe and Ti were found to be 6. 164% and 16.095% respectively, and the relative error values were lower than 8. 349% and 22. 286% separately.
