消疣液体外抗尖锐湿疣皮损中HPV的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药消疣液在体外对尖锐湿疣皮损HPV的杀灭作用。方法以白花蛇舌草、土茯苓、黄柏、姜黄等10味中药制备成消疣液酊剂,将其作用于离体尖锐湿疣皮损组织中的HPV,应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术,通过定量检测HPV-DNA的扩增情况,研究其抗病毒作用。结果经消疣液作用后,DNA扩增受到抑制,检测结果阴性;而对照组,扩增没有受到抑制,结果为阳性。结论消疣液具有明确的杀灭HPV的作用,阐明了其治疗CA的作用机制。Objective To Observe germicidal effect of Xiao-You liquid for human papillomavirus（HPV）, Methods Xiao-You liquid（tincture） was prepared with ten herbs mainly were hedyotic diffusa, glabrous greenbrier rhizome,amooreom tree bark, cureuma. The tincture was acted on the HPV in the tissue of the isolated condyloma acuminatum（ CA）, The polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR） was used for the study of antiviral effect by determining the HPV-DNA amplification. Results After using the drug, the HPV-DNA amplification was restrained,the test showed negative,but the reference groups appeared positive, the amplification was not restrained. Conclusion Xiao-You liquid was shown to be germicidal against HPV in our laboratory research,and the germicidal effect may explain its mechnism of therapeutic effect on CA.
