异种胶原生物膜兔耳鼓膜移植再生动态观察

摘　　要：家兔１０只（２０耳），切除全部鼓膜，以异种胶原生物膜作鼓膜移植术。术后１０、２０、４０、６０天观察鼓膜再生动态。结果１９耳移植成功。比较观察移植前后组织学和超微结构形态，证实该移植材料具良好的生物相容性，是一种富有实用价值的鼓膜移植材料。MyrlngOplasty using exogenous collagen membrane was carried out in l0 rabbits(20 ears)after complete removal of drumhead.The kinetic process in reconstruction of the tym-panic membrane was Observed on 10,20,40 and 60 d after operation.of 20 ears 19 were trans-planted successfully. Meanwhile,obserrational comparisons were made of the histology and ultra-structural morphology of the rabbits tympanic membrane before and after transplantation. The re-sults confirmed that the graft has a good property of biocompatibility,and that it is of great practi-cal value in the transplantation of tympanic membrane.
