我国2005年新型毒品麻谷丸滥用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我国2005年新型毒品麻谷丸的流行滥用情况。方法:对2005年药物滥用监测系统采集的有关新型毒品麻谷丸的监测数据进行分析。结果:2005年共有9个省提交新型毒品麻谷丸滥用监测报表819份,滥用者分别来自13个省。监测报告的麻谷丸滥用者中,女性占32.7%;无业和个体经营者占85.8%;初次滥用麻谷丸的年龄为29.0a±s7.8a,其中20a以下年龄者占14.7%。为满足好奇感和追求欣快刺激是滥用麻谷丸的主要原因,分别占66.0%和62.4%。同伴和娱乐场所提供,是获得麻谷丸的主要途径,各占68.4%和25.6%。滥用麻谷丸行为主要发生在暂住地、出租房、宾馆及歌舞厅和浴室等,占80.6%。64.9%的被调查者采用烫抽方式滥用。滥用药物1a以内者占84.4%。结论:2005年,在我国有40%以上的省份发现新型毒品麻谷丸滥用者,其中女性占到了1/3以上。滥用者具有较为明显的人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征。针对麻谷丸的滥用现况,需要加强对此种新型毒品流行的预防和控制。Objective： To understand the situation of Ma -gu pill abuse in 2005 in China Mainland. Methods ： Data of Ma - gu pill abuse collected by National Surveillance Center on Drug Abuse in 2005 were analyzed. Results ： Ma - gu pill abuse was reported by 9 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities in China Mainland in 2005. The Ma - gu pill abusers came from 13 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities. Among them, female accounted for 32. 7%. Most of them were unemployed and self-employed （ 85. 8% ）. The age of initial use was 29. 0 a ± s 7. 8 a. Those aged under 20 years amounted for 14. 7%. Ignorance/curiosity （ 66. 0% ） and seeking for euphoria/stimulation （ 62. 4% ） were the main reasons of Ma -gu pill use. Partners（68.4% ） and recreational places （25.6%）were the main source for obtaining Ma - gu pill. The use taking place in temporary dwelling house/hotel/rent house as well as recreational place/bathroom accounted for 80. 6%. Smoking/inhaling（64. 9% ） was by far the most frequent route of Ma - gu pill administration. Among the Ma - gu pill users, 84. 4% used it less than one year. Conclusion： Ma-gu pill abuse is found in more than 40% of the provinces in China Mainland in 2005. More than 30% are female users. The characters including demographics, history of abuse and abuse patterns of Ma - gu pill are obvious. It is important to adopt strong actions to control and prevent Ma-gu pill abuse.
