摘  要:全面论述了20年来我国高炉热风炉的发展情况。介绍了通过高温空气燃烧技术用低热值煤气获得1200℃高风温的具有自主知识产权的工艺方法,大型化、多样化、高效化高炉热风炉的引进、开发与应用情况。对冶金设备、耐火材料、烘炉和保温技术及热风炉数学模型的理论研究进展情况进行了简单介绍。提出了生态热风炉与绿色热风炉的概念和主要特征。The development situation of blast furnace hot blast stove for 20 year our country is comprehensively elaborated. It is introduced that the technological methods of obtaining 1200℃ noble characters through the high temperature air combustion ( HTAC )technology by the lower heat value gas with independent intellectual property rights technique. Large-scale, diversification and highly effective blast furnace hot blast stove introduction, development and application situation are presented. The metallurgical equipment, the refractory, the drying furnace and the heat preservation technology and the hot-blast stove mathematical model fundamental research progress situation is briefly reviewed. The concept and main characteristic of the ecotype and green hot stoves are put forward.
