摘　　要：人类的一切思想行为都是受“具有时代特点”的基本思想和习惯支配的。无论是提高产品质量还是提高工作质量和生活质量，都逃脱不了意识和习惯的支配。这种意识是总结出来的、科学的做人标准和行为规范。在人类感到迷茫时。就会渴望新的具有时代气息的行为质量总方针和总目标的形成和出现。The quality is wealth and resources that can turn over and accumulate. The quality exchange law in mankind society and natural world is existence. The quality exchange law is one of basic rule to arrange mankind＇s activity with the law of value. The sensible selection of the mankind is ＂to one＇s liking with quality＂： realize the wish of the requirement reasonably getting the more satisfied with the method to raise the action quality. The standard to one＇s liking with quality is the programmatic code of ethics that possesses the modern breath. It has become new quality action reason thought and the world outlook with nature to comply with the quality exchange law and abides by the standard to one＇s liking with quality. It possesses the positive meaning as for formation and the development that promotes ＂quality ethics＂.
