摘　　要：社会工作者常常置身于各种矛盾关系之中,他们不得不面对各种各样的伦理困境。在实际工作中,由于人们在生活方式、权利观念、文化、宗教观念等方面存在价值冲突,社会工作者很难根据社会工作的伦理守则做出既符合社会伦理又符合各方利益的选择。但许多理论工作者还是企图寻找一些可能的途径,以帮助社会工作者在面临选择困境时做出正确的伦理决策。Social workers often make appearances in various sorts of conflicts, and have to confront with different kinds of ethical predicaments. Due to the variety of different life styles, concepts of rights, culture and religion held by different people, it is hard for social workers to make decisions that can balance between ethics and the different interests of various social groups in the practical work. But many theorists are still taking efforts to find possible approaches to help social workers make decision in accordance with social ethics during those confrontations.
