摘　　要：根据国内外火灾下钢结构房屋的受灾相关资料,分析了房屋灾后的安全评估的目的和意义,提出了如何系统地建立适合我国国情的灾后建筑物损失程度和安全可靠性评价的方法,将随机性指标引入到灾后房屋安全评估中,为制订和修订我国的钢结构房屋灾后安全和修复评价行业标准提供技术分析依据。Based upon the related calamity information of post-fire steel structure buildings home and abroad, we hawe analyzed the aim and meaning of the safety evaluation of post-disaster building reconstruction, and advanced how to set up the methods of safety evaluation and post-fire building loss degree, which is fit for the situation of China. Random index will be inducted into the safety evaluation of post-fire building, and this pro- vides technical analysis for drawing and editing the standards of post-fire steel structure building safety and appraisement of renovation industry.
