摘 要:采集渭河河床沉积物及沿岸地下水含水层介质,装置土柱进行动态实验,研究了硫酸盐还原条件下,苯胺在河岸渗滤过程中的转化特征。结果表明(:1)在硫酸盐还原条件下,土著微生物经驯化后,可使绝大部分的苯胺在河岸渗滤过程中发生降解,甚至矿化(;2)基于微生物生长动力学特征,利用保守物质弥散理论及类比方法的研究发现,土著微生物对苯胺降解具有较长的适应期;(3)硫酸盐还原条件下的苯胺降解,必须经过脱氨作用,同时还可能会产生对微生物生命活动不利的中间产物。本次实验研究中,淋滤液苯胺浓度为33.50mg·L-1,渗出液中最低稳定在2mg·L-1左右,其平均去除率为93.16%,矿化率大致为62.13%,中间产物中以H2S对微生物的影响最为显著,土著微生物的适应期约为14d。Aniline is released into the environment from the many industries, and can be detected in surface waters including river waters. For many cities in north China such as Xi' an, Lanzbou and Harbin, the drinking water is produced from the groundwater recharged by the river water through the riverbank filtration. The degradation of aniline and its mechanism are being paid more attention. The characteristics of aniline degradation during the riverbank filtration process under sulfate-reducing conditions were researched using soil column equipped with the sediments and aquifer media collected from Weihe river bed and its bank. The results indicated that most aniline was degraded by the habituated indigenous microorganisms, even mineralized under sulfate-reducing conditions, but had a long lag period. The aniline degradation must involve deamination, and formed intermediates, some of which are harmful to sulfate-reducing microorganisms. During the process, aniline concentration in infiltrating was about 33 mg·L^-1, and the concentration in infiltrated water increased to 22.7 mg ·L^-1, then dropped and kept at about 2 mg·L^-1, with the removal rate being 93.94%. The removal rate of TOC was 62.13%. H=,S was the most harmful intermediates to the microorganisms, and the lag period was about 14 days.
